The People Come First Group (PCF) is a company that puts its employees before its bottom line.

This was a scrappy, fast-paced project that consisted of visiting six construction sites over the course of a day to conduct interviews with their team and hear firsthand how working at PCF is different from your traditional construction company. The final product consisted of a full-length commercial and multiple cutdowns.
